RELOADING AT THE POST OFFICEŽ
Topping up at a UK Post OfficeŽ branch is easy. Simply go to your nearest branch, hand over your card and the amount of cash. Make sure you ask to top-up your account.
Remember to ask for a receipt of the transaction, which you should keep for your records.
The money you load onto your account at the Post OfficeŽ will usually be available for you to spend after 2 business days*. If you are a primary cardholder and provided your mobile number when you purchased your card, we will notify you by text message free of charge when the funds are available**.
